Hello world! Long Live Bucket Drummers

We had another evil winter in Chicago. One sure sign that spring has arrived, is when you can hear the street performers’ music start to play down Michigan Avenue. These kids play some evil five gallon buckets! Long live bucket drummers. The City of Chicago was at one time trying to ban the Bucket Drummers!

Saw a great movie today – The Visitor which featured some bucket buskers in NYC. Some great examples of jembey (sp?) drumming too!
