A 35-year-old Seattle man is facing assault and hate crime charges following allegations that he accosted a clerk at a Queen Anne convenience store.
According to police, Brock Stainbrook derided the man as being a terrorist during the Tuesday morning incident.
Writing the court, a Seattle detective said Stainbrook entered the 7-11 store in at 362 Denny Way. The clerk was standing near a coffee machine when Stainbrook accosted him.
“For unknown reasons a person threw change on the floor near the victim’s feet then punched the victim on the left side of the head,” the detective said.
“After the suspect struck (the clerk) with his fist he said, ‘You’re not even American, you’re Al-Qaeda. Go back to your country.’”
Alex Jones will be releasing The Glenn Beck Deception within the next two months. It’s about time someone big busted this fraud. Yep, once the Republicans get back in power, they will SELL YOU OUT in short order. Then the libs will get back in and do the same thing… back and forth we go. One “savior” after another with blind people from the left and right following along like sheep. Now it’s Glenn Beck that is being portrayed as some sort of new messianic savior…
The truth be told, most people in our society live under the illusion that they have independence and self determination. In reality, only around 4% have any amount of true freedom or independence. Most people prostitute their minds to one group-think or another believing that they have actually made a conscious choice!.
Perversion of pure morality: Thomas Jefferson letter to S. Kercheval, 1810
”But a short time elapsed after the death of the great reformer of the Jewish religion, before his principles were departed from by those who professed to be his special servants, and perverted into an engine for enslaving mankind, and aggrandizing their oppressors in Church and State: that the purest system of morals ever before preached to man has been adulterated and sophisticated by artificial constructions, into a mere contrivance to filch wealth and power to themselves: that rational men, not being able to swallow their impious heresies, in order to force them down their throats, they raise the hue and cry of infidelity, while themselves are the greatest obstacles to the advancement of the real doctrines of Jesus, and do in fact, constitute the real Anti-Christ.”
This is why Jefferson was removed from history textbooks this past summer by the Texas Board of Education:
In recent years, board members have been locked in an ideological battle between a bloc of conservatives who question Darwin’s theory of evolution and believe the Founding Fathers were guided by Christian principles, and a handful of Democrats and moderate Republicans who have fought to preserve the teaching of Darwinism and the separation of church and state.
Cynthia Dunbar, a lawyer from Richmond who is a strict constitutionalist and thinks the nation was founded on Christian beliefs, managed to cut Thomas Jefferson from a list of figures whose writings inspired revolutions in the late 18th century and 19th century, replacing him with St. Thomas Aquinas, John Calvin and William Blackstone. (Jefferson is not well liked among conservatives on the board because he coined the term “separation between church and state.”)
A few thoughts on Calvin by Jefferson:
”I can never join Calvin in addressing his God. He was indeed an atheist, which I can never be; or rather his religion was daemonism. If ever a man worshiped a false God, he did.” -Thomas Jefferson, letter to Adams 1823
“No man ever went broke over estimating the ignorance of the American public.” – PT Barnum
Today is Glenn Beck’s “I Have A Scheme” rally. This is where all the sheeple will gather in one place to share in their ignorance. Should be a large crowd as there is no shortage of ignorance here in our country – not since Nazi Germany has there been such widespread public ignorance.
When he was arrested Tuesday in midtown, Enright had a personal diary filled with pages of “pretty strong anti-Muslim comments,” a police source said.
And… I see the same kind of thing all over FaceBook, and Pam Geller’s blog. Nice work folks! Keep it up and we will see much more violence.
Muslim cab driver Ahmed Sharif, victim in bloody attack, saw ‘so much hate’ in face of assailant
A Queens cabbie said Wednesday night he saw “so much hate” in the face of a boozed-up bigot who slashed him after asking if he was Muslim.
Driver Ahmed Sharif said he pleaded for his life as knife-wielding suspect Michael Enright launched a bloody attack Tuesday after hailing the yellow cab in Kips Bay.
Sharif said the blond-haired Enright told him, “As-salaam alaikum” – which means “peace be unto you” in Arabic – before committing the crazed assault.
“I begged him, ‘Please don’t kill me,’” Sharif, 43, told the Daily News. “I was thinking about my four kids. If I’m gone, there is no one to care for them.”
Enright, 21, a film student from upstate Brewster, was arraigned yesterday on charges of attempted murder and assault, both as hate crimes. He was ordered held without bail pending another hearing Monday.
His Facebook page listed “Greg Ball,” a northern Westchester/Putnam County Tea Party politician as one of his likes.
“Meet Michael Enright: Photo Essay”
The following is a series of photographs of Michael Enright, alleged hate-crime stabber of a Muslim cab driver, downloaded from his public Facebook page and those of his friends. Enright, who’s emerging as more complex than a classic out-of-town Islamophobe (though he does count among his Likes on Facebook the Tea Party politician Greg Ball), is currently 21, according to news accounts; he was raised in Brewster, NY, near the Connecticut border, roughly six miles due west of Danbury and forty miles north of the city, where he lives now as an SVA student.
According to Talking Points Memo, “A former high school classmate of Enright’s, speaking to [TPM] on background, expressed shock about the crime and spent the morning eliminating electronic footprints that connected the two. ‘It’s just disgusting, sad, horrific,’ he said, adding that, like the group Enright was working with, he supports the Cordoba Project.”
