Comrades, Please Report All Dissenters to the Following Department…

OBAMAYes my fellow villagers, the Messiah sends a request to all followers of the ObamaNation to turn in any “fishy” information they may hear or see being discussed about ObamaCare. There is so much dissent out there that the ObamaNation can’t “keep track” of it all, and now the Messiah is mobilizing his mandatory volunteer army to track down these culprits that are exposing ObamaCare for what it is.

From the Borg Blog…

There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care.  These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation.  Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.

Rush discusses a recent statement on the White House web requesting those who come across “fishy” information about health care, to report it to the government. A public service announcement (PSA) follows.

Spam-Gate

Ironically, it appears that the ObamaNation has been sending out propaganda emails of their own. Major Garrett has reported on the curious instance of people receiving unsolicited emails from White House senior adviser David Axelrod.

The SEIU Motto: Change that Works… or else!

While all the internet shenanigans are going on, Obama’s thug brown-shirts are stacking town hall meetings to intimidate and make it seem, artificially, as though there are more people in favor of the unpopular ObamaCare health care proposal than actually exist.  There have been several incidents of violence coming from the union thugs assaulting dissenters of ObamaCare. How’s that “change” working out for you?

The villagers are getting restless. Reportedly, Mr. Gladney is a vendor of conservative items. Liberal fascism strikes again…

Earth To Sen. Arlen Specter: Angry Old Men- Voices Of America!

The villagers are getting ready to storm the castle walls with torches and Obama says it’s nothing but propaganda and the politics of fear. The fact is these sentiments are real, not staged but real concerns being expressed by many, many people. Sen. Arlen Specter was shouted down at a health care town hall meeting. The man accused Specter of having his pockets stuffed with money from lobbyists.

This past week we suffered the loss of guitar and recording legend Les Paul. Paul lived not only a happy life, but also one of longevity, 94 years. Rest in peace Les, you will be missed…

(CNN) — Les Paul, whose innovations with the electric guitar and studio technology made him one of the most important figures in recorded music, has died, according to a statement from his publicists. Paul was 94. Paul died in White Plains, New York, from complications of severe pneumonia, according to the statement.

Paul was a guitar and electronics mastermind whose creations — such as multitrack recording, tape delay and the solid-body guitar that bears his name, the Gibson Les Paul — helped give rise to modern popular music, including rock ‘n’ roll. No slouch on the guitar himself, he continued playing at clubs into his 90s despite being hampered by arthritis.

“If you only have two fingers [to work with], you have to think, how will you play that chord?” he told CNN.com in a 2002 phone interview. “So you think of how to replace that chord with several notes, and it gives the illusion of sounding like a chord.”

Les Paul Just Playing With His Toys…

Jimmy Page Gibson Les Paul

Les impacted music, and musicians in so many ways. In my mind Jimmy Page is the greatest rock guitarist of all time. This is Jimmy talking about his custom Gibson Les Paul.

Cyber Slapping Liberals From Dusk Till Dawn…

Our first real show will be posted Thursday evening the 20th of August.

Test 1

OBAMAObama brings up good points when the teleprompter is off and he just allows his mind to wander. Every once in a while Obama stumbles into the truth. The question is if Obama knows that the Government can’t operate as well as the private sector, what’s up with the Big Brother ObamaCare?

FedEx vs. Government Bureaucracy — Newt Gingrich

Newt gives a little foreshadowing into how ObamaCare would work.

Death Panels

Sarah Palin posted a new note on her Facebook page concerning section 1233 of HR 3200, titled Concerning the “Death Panels”. Last Friday Sarah used the term “death panels” to describe how cutting healthcare costs will ultimately end in cutting care.

Section 1233 authorizes advanced care planning consultations for senior citizens on Medicare every five years, and more often “if there is a significant change in the health condition of the individual … or upon admission to a skilled nursing facility, a long-term care facility… or a hospice program.” [3] During those consultations, practitioners must explain “the continuum of end-of-life services and supports available, including palliative care and hospice,” and the government benefits available to pay for such services. [4]

Now put this in context. These consultations are authorized whenever a Medicare recipient’s health changes significantly or when they enter a nursing home, and they are part of a bill whose stated purpose is “to reduce the growth in health care spending.” [5] Is it any wonder that senior citizens might view such consultations as attempts to convince them to help reduce health care costs by accepting minimal end-of-life care? As Charles Lane notes in the Washington Post, Section 1233 “addresses compassionate goals in disconcerting proximity to fiscal ones…. If it’s all about obviating suffering, emotional or physical, what’s it doing in a measure to “bend the curve” on health-care costs?” [6]

Sarah also made note of Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, Obama’s health and policy adviser, who has spoken openly about the need for a “priority curve”. As I have posted in the past, John Holdren, President Obama’s “science czar” also has social engineering issues.

Of course, it’s not just this one provision that presents a problem. My original comments concerned statements made by Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, a health policy advisor to President Obama and the brother of the President’s chief of staff. Dr. Emanuel has written that some medical services should not be guaranteed to those “who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens….An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia.” [10] Dr. Emanuel has also advocated basing medical decisions on a system which “produces a priority curve on which individuals aged between roughly 15 and 40 years get the most chance, whereas the youngest and oldest people get chances that are attenuated.” [11]
